Phở (pronounced fuh) is the Vietnamese national dish; an aromatic, flavorful and delicious rice noodle soup served alongside a plate of fresh herbs. In addition to these herbs, table condiments will allow you to customize the dish to your liking - hoisin sauce for extra sweetness, sriracha for a kick, and fish sauce for saltiness. Preparation of phở first begins with our broth, which takes over 12 hours to prepare with a mix of spices including clove, star anise, coriander seed, fennel and ginger. We then combine white rice noodles, toppings of your choice, and hot broth before it is garnished with green onions, white onion and thai basil.
